Accommodation includes a standard or premium hotel package, cleaning service, and a private pool.

Standard Hotel Package:

• Fresh drinking water (refilled every 3 days)
• Bed linen, bathrobes, and slippers
• Toiletries (replenished every 3 days)
• Cleaning every 3 days (villa and surrounding area)
• Bed linen change every 3 days 

Premium Hotel Package:

• Fresh drinking water (refilled every 3 days)
• Bed linen, bathrobes, and slippers
• Toiletries (replenished every 3 days)
• Cleaning every 3 days (villa and surrounding area)
• Bed linen change every 3 days
• Complimentary breakfast
• Airport and beach transfer

A refundable security deposit of €500 is required upon check-in. 

Booking Policy:

• Check-in is available from 15:00 on the day of arrival
• Check-out is until 12:00 on the day of departure
• Late check-out subject to availability and extra charge
• 50% prepayment required to confirm the booking; the balance is payable at check-in
• Final payment due upon departure

The hotel reserves the right to modify or cancel a booking in case of technical errors or incorrect information.

Cancellation Policy

• Bookings are held until 23:00 on the day of arrival
• In case of no-show, 100% of the guarantee amount will be charged
• Cancellations must be made in writing at least 45 days before arrival
• Cancellations within 45 days before arrival are subject to a 100% charge
• No refund for unused nights in case of early departure
